Upcoming Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad Program |
This program provides grants to colleges and universities to fund individual doctoral students who conduct research in other countries, in modern foreign languages and area studies for periods of six to 12 months. Internal Deadline #1 (budget review): Friday, March 24, 2023 Students must submit a draft of their budget to ugsawrd@indiana.edu Final Internal Deadline (student G5 submission): Wednesday, April 5, 2023 Students must submit their application to G5 FY 2023 National Deadline (institution G5 submission): Tuesday, April 11, 2023 The graduate school will approve all student submissions and complete the required institute’s portion of the application |

“Be Your Own Driver: Imagining Post-PhD Career Versatility ”. This series supports graduate students and postdoctoral researchers at all levels to articulate and build upon professional skills acquired within and outside of academic experiences. As this series empowers participants toward the pursuit of liberating and versatile occupation possibilities, we will also resist perceived and received norms of the employment “use” of a graduate degree. identify skills they are learning in their academic training, create a narrative and develop a strategic career development plan. The series is hosted by the CIRTL Network and the workshops are free to register and attend. Below, find descriptions of the four events. | |||
