Within one week of the deadline to submit the dissertation to ProQuest, you will receive an email requesting formatting revisions or confirmation that your dissertation was accepted. Only formatting revisions requested by the Indiana University Graduate School Bloomington (UGSB) are permitted after submitting your dissertation to ProQuest.

A student whose candidacy is expiring may have deadlines that differ from those listed above. The Graduate Recorder of the UGSB will notify students of their deadlines after approving their Defense Announcement edoc.
