Shelly Oberdier is responsible for conferring all University Graduate School Ph.D. degrees for several campuses, including coursework review and thesis formatting.  Other responsibilities include processing the approval edocs for Degree Conferral, Nomination to Candidacy, Defense Announcement and Commencement.
