I am working towards an MBA.
Why did you choose graduate school at IU Bloomington?
I chose graduate school at IU Bloomington because I was impressed with the rigor of the Kelley MBA program, the emphasis on experiential learning, and the premium placed on personal development. Every student that I met while I was applying was friendly and went out of there way to help me. Kelley had a familial atmosphere that I did not see at many of the schools I was applying to.
What's been your favorite academic accomplishment since you've been here?
My favorite academic accomplishment since I have been here was writing a case study for the Me, Inc. case competition for our incoming first year MBA candidates. This case is the first case that the first year MBA candidates work on with their assigned teams during orientation. I was able to work with a local business to build the case and focus on several D and I topics.
What do you enjoy most about life in Bloomington?
I really enjoy all of the outdoor spaces in and around Bloomington. There is no shortage of parks, lakes, or places to hike. The B-Line is a great place to get some exercise and walk through downtown Bloomington.
